5. Health Score and Assessments

The Infrastructure Health Score and any assessment results provided through this Site are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a formal infrastructure audit conducted by qualified engineers.

6. NOC Dashboard

The public NOC dashboard displays operational metrics for demonstration purposes. While we strive for accuracy, the displayed data should not be relied upon for business decisions. Client-specific dashboards are provided under separate service agreements with guaranteed accuracy commitments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puga Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on any information provided herein.

8. Service Agreements

Managed IT services, security services, and any other professional services provided by Puga Systems are governed by separate, signed service agreements. These website Terms of Service do not constitute or modify any such agreements.
